All,

I have a question about Cobol (MVS). I'm not a application programmer, so pardon the ignorance.

Is there a way in Cobol to call/reference a LDAP directory out in MS Server land? I was thinking perhaps a JNDI call?

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

Offshore,

Are you talking about LDAP(Lightweight Directory Access Protocol)? . I quickly searched and found a couple of C++ examples but nothing with CObol

One LDAP sample program using MQSERIES can be found here

Check the following links and they might be helpful

Hope this helps...

Cheers
