If you have a picture, but don't know how to make it smaller, try this software:

Sorry, Ravi, I didn't realise we could only use .gif files (are you sure that wasn't just to discourage animated gifs?)
I use Paint Shop Pro, so I can save pictures in a number of formats, including .gif. I thought that was normal.
By the way, thank you for publicising blood donors. I've been doing it for years, but especially after I needed a transfusion myself in 1987! _________________ The day you stop learning the dinosaur becomes extinct |

Ravi, it does no harm to go off-topic for a couple of posts. This is a friendly site.
Over here, blood donation is well organised, and we never see the people we are helping. I envy you that part. _________________ The day you stop learning the dinosaur becomes extinct |

I don't and quite frankly, given the way they split blood up into it constituent parts it would be conceivable that the number of people you could potentially help would far exceed your expectations... I guess it's the whole anti-hero thing - I don't feel like it's anything special to donate blood - it should just happen (I know it doesn't though).
I'm a donor as well although somewhat sporadically. I was once told my blood was going to a baby having open-heart surgery. I hope s/he survived.
PS. I have a photo I'd like to put up Kolusu but I think you'll find it offensive...check out my MSN profile photo (Maton_Man@hotmail.com) _________________ My opinions are exactly that. |
