You need to explain more about "web service". Do you mean to invoke a HTML page?

On how many help forums do you intend to post the same question?

As you were asked elsewhere - "define web service".

a web service is a standardized method of invoking an architected interface through wsdl. CICS has a whole set of APIs for them as does java and other systems. http://www.w3.org/TR/wsdl
