From the error messages it is evident that your shop does not have the PTF which supports joinkeys. Ask your System Programmer to install z/OS DFSORT V1R5 PTF UK51706 (it's free).

or you can post your requirement in detail here and may be we can suggest an alternative solution.

Compile? You DON'T compile DFSORT statements. You run a job. Please see my prior post.
