If you aren't using CPSM, look in the basic CICS books for so-called RDO commands (mainly commands used with the CEDA and CEMT transactions). Also study RACF classes and commands related to CICS, as well as the parameters used to start a CICS region. Admin information is a huge topic, not really covered by any single book.
