Use ISPF option 3.14, or issue the SRCHFOR xxxxx command from a member list, or from the dataset list you get from option 3.4 _________________ The day you stop learning the dinosaur becomes extinct

The ISPF Primary Menu action bar item HELP has a drop down option of "Changes for this release". This FILTER/SRCHFOR topic is described there for V1R8.
On any member list, enter SRCHFOR to get a pop-up window to enter search values and options. Use FILTER to reduce the size of the member list first for improved performance. _________________ Regards,

When in ISPF, F1 will answer most of your questions. _________________ ....Terry |
