One of the production Job is waiting for a dataset and It took so long, so I asked the operator to cancel the job and rerun, luckily the job ran fine but i could not figure out what really went wrong.
Here is the details,
Code:

IEF861I FOLLOWING RESERVED DATA SET NAMES UNAVAILABLE TO DE20A1               
IEF863I DSN = RIS.DE1011A.WIRS.OFFP DE20A1 RC = 04                     
SBC863I DSN = RIS.DE1011A.WIRS.OFFP DE00S2 is using the data set on system
IEF099I JOB DE20A1 WAITING FOR DATA SETS                                     


can anyone help me!!

Sorry for the trouble, i got the message now.... DE00S2 job is using the datasets and that was holding the DE20A1.
