I have a dataset whose type is LIBRARY. i could see that it occupies a data volume of about 90 cylinders. But when i try to browse it ,a message shows up as "No members in data set". it is not a PDS and am sure how to browse the contents of the file . Could anyone please help me out ?

LIBRARY is a special type of PDS that never needs compressing because it re-uses empty data blocks and allocates additional DIR BLOCKS as you need them.

"No members in data set" means that the dataset is empty, there are no members in it to browse.
