|
|
Hi Everyone,
I have created a CICS map corresponding COBOL program and created entries in PPT,PCT and installed them in cics region. I was able to inquire them using CEMT. I have assinged a transaction number to that program and while I try to run that transaction I am getting authorizaton failure msg.
DFHAC2033 12:27:12 XDCDV031 You are not authorized to use transaction RA0T. Check that the transaction name is correct.
I have looked at the security values of that transaction using CEDC and I find the security values are OK. I am not sure whey am I getting this error message and can someone help me to get through this problem.
Please let me know if you need any additional info
Thanks for your help

This depends on how your shop is set up. Did you define the transaction to RACF? |

Warp,
Sorry for my late reply, how do we define the transaction to RACF, can it be done by using CICS supplied transactions???
Thanks

Short answers: Racf has its own programs and utilitys. Nobody in the forum can really help you, you have to clarify these issues in your shop because only your shop knows how your RACF is setup. Can you even use RACF commands? |
