when to change the Randomizer?

Hi,

In our shop we use IMS FASTPATH areas. We are increasing the number of areas. I was of the thought that the Randomizer routine has to be changed to pick the new areas. My buddy says, it is not needed until it exceeds certain limit.

What is the deal in changing randomizer?
