Mrinal,
You cannot have 'DD *' in a proc.

Diba. |

Code: |
//MYPROC PROC
//STEP0100 EXEC PGM=SORT
//SYSOUT DD SYSOUT=*
//SORTIN DD DSN=PRACTICE.SORTIN(SORTIN),
// DISP=SHR
//SORTOUT DD DSN=PRACTICE.JUNK6,DISP=SHR
// PEND
//*
//STEP1 EXEC MYPROC
//SYSIN DD *
SORT FIELDS=(1,10,CH,A)
SUM FIELDS=NONE
/*
|
or, more properly:
Code: |
//MYPROC PROC
//STEP0100 EXEC PGM=SORT
//SYSOUT DD SYSOUT=*
//SORTIN DD DSN=PRACTICE.SORTIN(SORTIN),
// DISP=SHR
//SORTOUT DD DSN=PRACTICE.JUNK6,DISP=SHR
//SYSIN DD DSN=SOME.PDS(MEMBER),DISP=SHR
// PEND
//*
//STEP1 EXEC MYPROC
