Code:

//UNLOAD   EXEC PGM=IKJEFT01
//DRRMLIB  DD   DSN=PROJECT.DB2.DBRMLIB,DISP=SHR
//DXTPRINT DD   SYSOUT=*
//SYSTSPRT DD   SYSOUT=*
//SYSUDUMP DD   SYSOUT=*
//SYSABEND DD   SYSOUT=*
//DSNTRACE DD   SYSOUT=*
//DXTDUMP  DD   SYSOUT=*
//SYSPRINT DD   SYSOUT=*
//SYSOUT   DD   SYSOUT=*
//DATAOUT  DD   DSN=PROJECT.DB2.OUT,DISP=SHR
//SYSTSIN  DD   DSN=PROJECT.DB2.CARDS(IWDRF110),DISP=SHR
//DXTIN    DD   *
SUBMIT EXTID=WRSERS
       FORMAT=SOURCE
       DBS=DSNT
       EXTDATA=DATAOUT
EXTRACT
 SELECT EMPNO,FIRSTNAME,MIDINIT,LASTNAME
 FROM PROJECT.EMP;
/*
//

And the card IWDRF110 is as follows:

Code:

DSN SYSTEM(DSNT)
RUN PROGRAM(DVRE0000) -
PLAN(DVR110)
END

JOB OUTPUT

Code:

READY
 DSN SYSTEM(DSNT)
IKJ56500I COMMAND DSN NOT FOUND
READY
 RUN PROGRAM(DVRE0000)  PLAN(DVR110)
IKJ56712I INVALID KEYWORD, PLAN(DVR110)
READY
 END
READY
END

mfuser,
What is "DVRE0000" ? is this a site specific utility(Sorry, I am not aware of this utility). Try the generic utility to see if it works - there are many example if you search the site. Why would you need the DBRMLIB anyways, probably try pointing to the LOADLIB. Hope it helps.

mfuser,

Some shops restrict the DB2 Attachment to specific Job Classes. My shop is one of them. So if you run your job in a class that has no DB2 attachment you would get the error. So change the Class to a different one on the JOB statement and see if it works.

Also try removing the //DRRMLIB DD statement and see if it works.

SureshKumar,

DVRE0000 is indeed an IBM unload utility program which is part of DXT unload utility. However it is obsolete and is now replaced with DSNTIAUL.

Hope this helps...

Cheers

Seeing that your job can't find the DSN command processor, I think your problem lies in the fact that you miss the DB2 loadlibrary as a step- or joblib.

Add an appropriate steblib-card to your JCL and it shold work.

regards
Christian
