Hi

I am using an ADS online screen to enter some data. When I press enter after entering the data, the screen is abending with the error message"PREVIOUS TASK ABENDED WITH ABEND CODE IX11".
Any idea when this abend occurs and how to resolve this.

You need to tell us the exact error message code , instead of the message text.

Hi Kolusu

There is no message code associated with it as such. When I key in the data and press Enter, it displays only the message. Nothing else is displayed.

It might be due to space problems as this problem is not occuring when we deleted the data from the database created by this screen.

Prakash,

mmnn is IDMS return code.
mm stands for Major code of Verb
nnn stands for return after execution of verb
11 is minor code which means Insufficient space.
You might have received either 1211 (No space during Store )
or 0711 (No space during Connect to an Index)
