				| Kolusu,
We have recently been given the following task:

List the area of programming expertise that you have and whether you consider yourself at the elementary level, the intermediate level or the advanced level in each of these
Some of the areas to consider would be...
Mainframe : Easyplus, Cobol, CICS, JCL, Telon, Knowledge of mainframe utilities, DB2, SQL, etc.
I need this information from you by next Friday July 29.

Can you create a test for me and use my answers to determine my level of knowledge, in the areas above?

 Sam

				| OK. I'll bite... what do you 'need' this for? This sounds like a homework assignment, but I can't figure out what question would have its answer in the distribution of experience levels of participants in an entry level technical bulliten board. | |

				| I would pick some questions from net and then rate candidates based on the percentile they score. | |
