Hi,
I have a copybook which I want to map with input file. To create the input file I need to know the length of Copybook through Start tool (a tool in Mainframes).Please help.

preety,
If your shop has file-aid then you can view the length of the copybook using the option 8

8 VIEW - View interpreted record layout

If you don't have file-aid then simply compile the pgm and look at the sysprint listing.

Yeah, I did not find File Aid but there is a option called Advanced in Startool and then option called CBSelect where we can easily see the length of copybook.
