Hi,
Is it possible to get inputs from two different files and create a thirdone , verticaly merging the data, using sort/merge utilities?
The two input files have different attributes.

For Eg. I have a file with lenght 150 chars and another with 20.
I want to insert 10 characters from 2nd file into first 10 positions of the
first file.
