Ganesh,
Unless your shop has SMS and back-ups are taken, i guess, its not possible to recover any dataset.. Someone can correct me if I am wrong.

There are many factors here that are shop dependent so you should check with your shop gurus how and when your data is backed up. If you created and deleted between a backup cycle you can not recover. |

For Seq datasets, I don't think it is possible without third party products. For PDS, if you accidentally delete some member, you can recover it by assembly level programs provided you have not compressed the PDS.

Check this link for HRECOVER--Recovering Data Sets
You would be looking for recovering under TSO .
