|
|
Hi,
I have gone thru different posts related to sending emails from Mainframe to PC (with and without attachments) using JCL.
I am using 'HELO VNET.IBM.COM to achieve this functionality. Every thing is working fine. But, the code is unable to send emails to a group email ID, say like support@host.com.
I heard that we cant send emails to group id's if we are using VNET.IBM.COM. Is it true? If so, please suggest an alternative for doing the same.
Thanks,
Vijay |

SMTP on MF does not support group email address. It has no mode of expanding the group email address to get individual addressed. |

1 - it is IKJEFT01
2 - IKJEFT01 is TSO not a mail transmitter
3 - still search the forums and manuals _________________ Utility and Program control cards are NOT, repeat NOT, JCL. |
