Getting this error when doing a LISTCAT command with a '*' as one of the HLQ. The browse shows 800 datasets. Is there any way to surpass this message. |

Pknair,
It would have helped us if you have specified the Error message code (IDC3037I) instead of the error text.
The reason you are getting that error is IDCAMS runs below the line and you have too many entries to list. Try providing a HLQ when issuing a LISTCAT level command.
Hope this helps... _________________ Kolusu

Take a look at IGGCSIRX in SYS1.SAMPLIB. It's good. _________________ If it's true that we are here to help others,
