please help me how the utility JFGCOPY works??

It is probably a locally written utility. Ask your coworkers. When you don't know what a utility is, you should locate and browse the load module also. There will often be a copyright or eye catcher which will at least tell you what company or person wrote it. You may be able to view it in storage with the command TSO ISRDDN B JFGCOPY

TSO ISRDDN B JFGCOPY

when i executed this command, it shows that the load module was not loaded.

i asked all my coworkers also. they were not aware of this utility.

please help me if anyone is using the same utility.

it will be a great help.

For what purpose you are using this utility? Check for the utility in SYS1.LINKLIB.

If your co-workers are not aware of the program thn how are you aware of it? Have you tried Google?

that just means it isn't in LPA. Try LOAD instead of BROWSE in ISRDDN. See the help within ISRDDN. I'd also have to ask though. If no one there knows of this utility, how did you find it?
