CICS - MQ timeouts

We have a strange problem where our application is not processing a transaction for longer time and getting time outs in night time, but the same transaction is fine as well in DAY time.

We gets the request from Web, that puts messages to MQ and thus our is program triggred. We sent back the response and puts into MQ back.

So, when we give request in the day time, all our transactions are processed well and fast. But if we give the same request during night time, we are getting time outs. The maximum seconds that is allowed for the total reqest/response is 11 seconds.

Is there any specific reason for the MQ to get timed out or is there a way to find it out why this is happening ?. Any comments will be much helpful
