Would you please tell me how to interpret the below:

I would like to know what are 00C90086, 00C90088 and TYPE OF RESOURCE 00000210, 00000302.
Any doc would be very helpful.

1. Click on "Quick Manuals" link on top of this page
2. Scroll down to Db2 section under Databases
3. Click on "DB2 V8 Messages and Codes" manual
4. Click on 
5. In the search box type 00C90086 and press Enter
