Hi,
Anyone know what is a psuedo-index in DB2 ?
How it will be defined and where to look at those ?
Please share your inputs as I am not able to find any information related to this.
Thanks

SMS,
AFAIK, there is nothing called Psuedo-index as such. Type 2 index store Pseudo Deleted Entries as a part of RID. A RID is a 4-byte record identifier that contains record location information. RIDs are used to locate any piece of DB2 data. For large partitioned table spaces, the RID is a 5-byte record identifier.
