Hi,

A person working in a Testing team requested me to post this question in a forum.

Using File-Aid, he created the GDG base but instead of giving limit as 25 he gave 16 and created the GDG base.

Is there any way to alter the limit on this GDG using File-Aid. He tried to submit a IDCAMS JCL with ALTER command but ended up in ACF2 violation error.

Pls help.

Mf_user,

If he gets a ACF2 violation then there is nothing he can do. He can delete the existing GDG and once again create the gdg with the new limit.
