I really have no idea where to start looking, can you please guide me where to start...

this is the abend...

The Program RCONLINE has abended with CODE 0C4/AKEA at the offset X"0000C822".The message we got was:-

DFHSR0001 APCIRCS AN ABEND (CODE 0C4/AKEA) HAS OCCURRED AT OFFSET X"0000C822" IN PROGRAM RCONLINE.
