 In my environment the offloading is not taking place.We are using the Dual active log mode.
 
 How to make the offload process.

 1.Dual active log mode peocessing is based on DSNZPARM first you go to your
 db2zparm and check for active log and archive log parameters.
 
 2. If need you issue the command - stop db2 zparm(zparm name)
 reestablish  active log and archive log parameters
 and issue comman - start db2 zparm(zparm name)
 
 3. Before that kindly refer ,db2 administration refernce guide v7
