how to change the cobol date register value to a particular date in the future
Is it possible to do this using some JCL syntax?
Like if i want to test it for say Y2K

But i am interested in that SVC BRANCH CONTROL & assembler routine although i dont understand how clearly it works
So can you pls give me the code or manual for this
I dont know much of assembler

To understand SVC Branch Controls and Interupts you should be knowing some basics of ASSEMBLER.Check this link which lists out types of Interupts:
