Platform: Enterprise Cobol for z/OS on z/890

Hello,
I have a one page form (report) generated by Cobol. I need to add a logo and a signature to the bottom of the page.

This form needs to converted to a TIFF image and then stored in DB2 Content Manager.

I want to do it on the mainframe without porting it off to web/third party software/hardware. I've been scouring the web for ideas and an email from someone suggested I should look into GDDM (which interfaces with Cobol, Rexx etc.,) I am still looking for alternate ideas/suggestions to make sure I don't pass on any simpler solutions...

If anyone could offer me any suggestions/technical articles on the subject, I would really appreciate it.
