Make sure that your control statements start from pos pos 2 i.e

the problem is your VOL parm. It is not VOL=SER (like in JCL), it is VOL=devicetype=serial, e.g.,

VOL=3390=TSO002

Bablack,

I am trying to rename a PS and i am using the JCL below and i am unable to run my job succesffuly.Can you can help me out what exactly is the problem here ?

IEHPROGM doesn't like the dsname in quotes 'project.test.in' is an invalid dsname
