During the upgradation of z/os i am getting a abend like below

Code:

An error occurred in program BAL0A, function BAL0P00               
Transaction BA02 ended abnormally with CICS abend code ASRA       
An error occurred in program BAL3A, function BAL3P01               
A CICS READ error occurred in service ELAESERR                     
CICS EIBFN 0602, RCODE 810000000000, RESP 13, RESP2 80             


is it something related to the socket connection...seems that there is a problem in reading a system file.

can anyone clarify me on this.

Do you have any DBCS languages ?? ex: Chinese, Japanease, Korean ??
