Hi all,

I was not sure where I can look for help for error related to TCP/IP connected HSM to mainframe. I thought we may have some people who have done HSM related work and will be able to help me.

We are using HSM to print pin mailers for our client. The HSM is connected to mainframe using TCP/IP connection. But when we try to connect to HSM from mainframe it is giving following error.

HSSS6695E HSMDDIDN TCP/IP CONNECTION CLOSED BY OTHER PARTY
HSSS6650E HSMDDIDN HSM HANDSHAKE FAILED ADDR=160.000.000.000, REASON=I/O error.

Can anyone help me with this.?

Thanks,
Sandip

What do you mean by HSM? The mainframe has a product called HSM, but you obviously do not mean that.
