I had a JCL PDS library - By mistake, I had given a member from this PDS while running DSNUTILB to get the punch card - This apparently corrupted this PDS and now i'm getting I/O error reading data error message

Can someone pls advise on how to solve this issue

wat is the Useof DSNUTILB utility ? is this Db2 utility ?
