To add a bit to what Bill Dennis said, when you logon to TSO, you are, in effect, starting a batch job. You can see this if you use SDSF ST with PREFIX userid*. The step in the job is the TSO logon proc you specified. So if you want to get another one, you will have to logon to another session, specify the logon proc to be run.
The problem is you can only be logged on to TSO one time with a userid. To get another session, you have to either logon with a different userid, or logoff the original one and log on again with a new logon proc.
