				| Hi,
Has anyone ever received this abend code (U0808)?

I'm getting it on an IMS delete call. The code previously worked but now gives me this error, even though I've made no changes!!

MVS/QuickRef gives me no clues at all - so I'm wondering if someone here can help!

 Thanks!

				| Interesting problem code...
I'm guessing that you must be a DBA, because this is not a Application Programmer problem. Perhaps "Problem Determination" point 17G is worth looking at. It says (for U808) to look at, "A history of the database backout, recovery, and reorganization activity."

Either way, it appears as if there may be a structural DBD problem, and this may well be related to the PTFs for U808.

				| The first thing that I would do is try and regen all the PSB/ACBs involved. | |
