Hi all,

may be may problem is an problem of general understanding of TCP / IP programming using IBMs EZSOKET interface.

The situation is like this:

1) PC client sends for example 500 Bytes to Mainframe per IP (Micrsosoft Winsock.OCX)
2) Mainframe program receives for example with first EZASOKET ( READ ...) 200 Bytes


Is ist now allowd ( TCP / IP protocol conform) to call EZASOKET (WRITE ....) and in the next step to call EZSOKET ( READ ) ... for the missing 300 Bytes or is ist necessary first to call EZASOKET ( READ ) for the missing 300 Bytes and in the next step to call EZSSOKET ( WRITE ...).


Is ist possible to call EZSSOKET ( WRITE ...) at an moment, there bytes for EZASOKET (READ ) are pending ?


Any comments ?
