Please let me know How you will bring up the IMS/DC region. What job will run behind the scene and with what parameters and finally how you will bring up the new changes in a existing program in the region?

Are talking about bringing up the entire IMS region or Just your program associated with a transaction ?

If it is entire IMS then check this link

If it is just your program , then simply type in the transaction associated with the program.

This is a huge question and cannot be answered on this board. There are 2 manuals just on the installation and configration of the system. Parameter settings depend on business requirements. There are also many security considerations.
