Can we change the CLASS of a job once it is submitted and once it starts running?

It depends. My shop lets me change the Class/prty/prtdest by simply overtyping the values in SDSF. However many shops restrict such overrides.

You might be able to change it after it is submitted (before it starts running). Once it starts running, I don't think the class can be changed.
