Hi,

Is it mandatory for us to do a Reorg or Load after altering and adding a col to DB2 table.

Is there any impacts if we don't do a reorg after altering the table..

It is not a mandatory to REORG after just altering the table. But it is good idea to run runstats utlity. REORG for space management.
