Hi,

When I give "COMPARE (MEMBER)" on ISPF Edit panel it takes me to "COMPAREX/ISPF Primary Menu" but as per the the manuals it should have invoked "SUPERC" between current member and "MEMBER". Tell me how to proceed.

May be your command table has an entry for "COMPARE" pointing the Comparex Menu.
Try "COMP (MEMBER)".

Or, to bypass the command table, prefix the command with a greater than sign, eg:
