First, stop running the jobs.
Second, consider whether you want to delete the code.
That's a very vague question. Please give more information.

Already all the jobs are stopped running except some few. There is a need to check the active and inactive components and to take a back up..

jfu, it seems as though you're getting there all by yourself.
It's not something I get involved in very often. The main thing is to backup the components before deleting anything. It's amazing how frequently you find that someone else is using the same stuff.
