Hi,
To start with thanks to all those wise people who are contributing their precious time and outstanding knowledge in the subjects concerend.
I am a beginner in this field and need some information.
My new assignment is to work on a project involving Native CICS. Can some one please tell me what is the difference between Native CICS and Command level CICS and if they are diffeent can anyone please provide me with some material to learn the same.

Can you tell us a little more about how this assignment was described to you? In my experience there were two flavors of CICS programming. One was called MACRO level, and the other COMMAND level. MACRO level code essentially became unsupported without the use of some assistive software tools like "Commet" several years and releases ago. It is still possible to interface with a CICS screen dynamically building the data stream to be sent, and perhaps this is what your assignment involves, but without significantly more information, I don't think anyone will be able to answer your question.
