I had come across the following error message when trying to install the DB2 ODBC driver.

"THE INITIALIZATION OF THE PROGRAM FAILED"

"SQL5001N "SHANKAR" DOES NOT HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO CHANGE THE DATABASE MANAGER CONFIGURATION FILE"

Kindly let me know how do I go about installation of DB2 ODBC driver.
