I have worked in Infy (mainframes) for 4 years. Now I have offers from IBM and Perot System. Perot is offering me 1 lakh more than IBM. So which company should I go for? Anyone working in Perot System, please provide inputs about the company. |

It would have been very easy if we could rate companies by name & infrastructure !!
In my view, professionalism, policies, employee care, they all boil down to individual level.
If my immediate boss is good and caring, I would love the company and vice versa.
In my view, its all about people and when people don't stick to a place, its difficult to brand an organization.
Anyway, Good Luck _________________ Regards,
