Has any tried this utility?
How do I invoke it?

Our systems people were not able to help me and they were not even aware that we have this tool Mad

What utility are you talking about ?

You will have to run EQAWLU62 and EQAWLECS before using DebugTool, but they are linkage/binder steps, not a utility...

I'm talking about the utility which, the manual says, will perform the file allocations and start the program for debugging.

At present, I'm following the method as in this NaSPA column by Jim Moore.

Yes, our systems people ran those two post implementation jobs on my request earlier.
