Hi,
I am trying to create panels using REXX. I am using the following manual as a reference:
Dialog Developer's Guide and Reference
z/OS Version 1 Release 1.0

Could anyone let me know if this is the corerct manual.

That's the right manual. There's a version for each z/OS release level. Use the one that matches your system.
