I'm having a strange problem with our laser printers.

We use //PRINT1 DD SYSOUT=E,DEST=P557V,OUTPUT=*.OUT1 to command our printer to print to a Ricol printer.

Problem is, in duplex mode it is suppoese to print on both sides of the paper and the second side was supposed to be upside down so all you had to do is flip it over from the bottom to have it readable (rightside up that is.)

It worked fine till last week but now it prints the backside page rightside up (and thus when you thumb the bottom of the page over the print is upside down!)

We use PRTOPTNS=LASERL13CPDUPLEX

There has been on hardware changes from our Richol Aficio AP4510 printer.

Any ideas as to what causes this?

Thanks,

Paul
