Is there a way I can switch from one "HOST" (not regions) to another using the same set of files between the two??? |

info_seeker,
What exactly do you mean by HOST? Do you want to connect 2 different databases?

Two different hosts meant two different mainframes. I have a critical aplication running on my mainframe. I come across a situation where my system has to be shut down. I want the control to be passed to a second mainframe where I have all the program modules and environment maintained like a mirror. I need to connect to that and should be able to connect to the same DASD group for my file accesses. . Hope the explanation picturize the situation!!! |
