I am attempting to use IKJTSOEV within a COBOL program and I get a return code 12. The manual for IKJTSOEV lists return codes of 8 and 16 (among others) but no 12. I ran the program on Wednesday last week (1/12) successfully. I attempted to run it Friday (1/14) and got the RC=12. Same code, same system. I am baffled. Anyone have any ideas what the RC=12 might mean?

What is the tso command you trying to use? Post the code so that we can take a look at it.

I found the problem that was generating the strange return code. Fixed the program and all is working now. Thanks for the suggestions.
