can someone plase help me out in finding some good sites for mainframe certifications?

Mainframe by itself is an ocean. Narrow down your perspective and do a search here. You will find helpful links Smile

I've seen DB2 certification tests offered free once in a way by IBM, do they even offer for CICS too?

You don't have any certification in CICS per se from IBM other than an Expert Certification in CICS web enablement. You have websphere certifications though from IBM.

Are there any of the Web Sphere tests given on offers? I haven't come across any.

Hello friend, U may visit Brainbench.com for Mainframe certification. It contains lot's of certified exams.
