Hi Board,
I have got a requirement that the Dataset name should consisting of the Submission Date - Like (TEST.EXAMPLE.DT041027). And also I don't want to pass the Date parameter by hardcoding (Or) Some other. Is there is any SYSTEM KEYWORD for DATE & TIME to be used in the JCL while its execution.

There is no standard JCL parameters to deal with a date or time value, unless your job scheduling system uses its own set of variables to supply such information. Usually, if you wish to use logic for date or time during real-time execution, that process must be handled within a program, using a dynamic file allocation routine. Obviously, each language and/or environment has its own way of handling this function.

Your other option is to programmatically generate and submit JCL with pre-determined values for date and time. This can be accomplished using just about any method or language you can conceive of.
